the photo isn't the best, but the rhubarb-apple-pear pie was.
with honey and coconut milk. and yes, pie crust thrown together in five minutes might be a little crunchier but it's still damn good.

bet it was better than my just-replace-the-flour-with-whole-wheat crust. oops. :) the rhubarbs and apples were awesome, though, after you carved them out of the pie crust case.
